Her passion for real estate started young – growing up with a contractor as a father, Sofia was often found riding in construction equipment and exploring job sites before she could even tie her shoes. That early exposure sparked a deep interest in homes, design, and construction that stayed with her into adulthood. That passion led her to a career in Talent Acquisition, where she recruited top Business-to-Business sales talent at Wayfair—connecting others to the world of home and design on a national scale. From there, Sofia continued to grow her career in Human Resources, developing strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that now serve her clients well in the real estate world. These skills sharpened her ability to guide people through important life transitions. Her people-first mindset makes her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike.
