Todd Hudson
As a real estate agent and agency founder, Todd Hudson embodies the qualities of a remarkable leader: passion, vision, patience, confidence, creativity, perseverance, and the ability to identify and build talent. His natural ability to take charge and inspire those around him has helped establish Red Post Realty as a leader in the industry. With a background in business, sales, marketing, investment, and entrepreneurship, Todd has the expertise needed to navigate the complex real estate market. In his first year as a licensed real estate agent, he sold 22 homes in the Seacoast area while simultaneously building and managing Red Post Realty.
Eric Hall
Eric, Red Post Realty's Sales Manager, began his Real Estate career in Manchester NH, but has now returned to his roots in the Seacoast area. He is passionate about assisting buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate journey, and is particularly adept at aiding individuals in avoiding foreclosure. With extensive experience in dealing with distressed homes and investment properties, Eric is a go-to expert in the field. When not dedicating his time to helping clients, Eric can often be found exploring the great outdoors with his family or tackling home improvement projects.
Josh Pacheco
At the closing table, Josh brings an array of skills and life experiences. He began his real estate career in Maui, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a real estate brokerage from the ground up, eventually growing it to become one of the top three brokerages in Hawaii. This experience solidified his passion for real estate, which he decided to pursue for life. Despite the allure of tropical beaches and surfing, Josh returned to New England in 2017, his true home. As a licensed full-time Realtor® with Red Post Realty, Josh has excelled in his role and was promoted to Principal Broker in 2019. Overseeing hundreds of transactions, Josh's dedication and commitment have earned him a spot in the Seacoast's Top 100 Realtors® for yearly sales last year. Prior to joining Red Post Realty, Jackie was an entrepreneur herself, having founded and successfully grown multiple companies across various industries. Sarah Hudson
With a sharp eye for detail and a calm command of the chaos, Sarah Hudson is the organizational force behind Red Post Realty. As both Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator, she keeps every deal moving and every piece in place, ensuring that clients, agents, and operations stay aligned from start to finish. Known for her efficiency, precision, and reliability, Sarah is the go-to person when something needs to get done, and done right. Sofia Ragonese
Sofia Ragonese is a proud Seacoast native with a deep-rooted love for the New Hampshire community and a lifelong passion for homes. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Business Administration. Her passion for real estate started young, growing up with a contractor as a father, Sofia was often found riding in construction equipment and exploring job sites before she could even tie her shoes. That early exposure sparked a deep interest in homes, design, and construction that stayed with her into adulthood. That passion led her to a career in Talent Acquisition, where she recruited top Business-to-Business sales talent at Wayfair, connecting others to the world of home and design on a national scale. From there, Sofia continued to grow her career in Human Resources, developing strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that now serve her clients well in the real estate world. These skills sharpened her ability to guide people through important life transitions. Her people-first mindset makes her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers alike.
