Wrapping Up Our First-Time Home Buyers Seminar

Once Todd wrapped up, the seminar shifted to focus on our friends AJ and Jenn Copp. AJ from Regency Mortgage, covered various mortgage options available for first-timers, as well as explained the pre-approval process in an easy to follow format. Jenn from Red Door Title also tuned in to discuss the value of title insurance, how it works, and the details of the closing process. Moving forward, Mike Wingren from Allied Home Inspections covered the basics and importance of conducting a home inspection, and finally, some of our very own, Whitney, Evan, and Owen discussed the different tools provided by Red Post to help buyers land their dream homes. To finish off the night, we heard from Red Post's Principal Broker Nick, who offered kind words of encouragement and wisdom to make any first-time home buying process one to be remembered. At the end of it all, no one wanted to go home, so we skipped over to Street for complimentary drinks, topping off the night with laughter and cocktails.
