Who's Ready For Some Fun-0-1?

On the eve of June 2nd, Red Post Realty hosted their first ever home buyers seminar. What is a first-time home buyers seminar, you ask? Filled with food, drinks and good conversation, the seminar explored the ins and outs of moving forward with the home-buying process. Representatives of Red Post Realty, along with special visitors from Regency Mortgage, Red Door Title, & Allied Home Inspection helped cover topics from technology to title insurance to the pre-approval process to the home inspection. Sounds like a good time, right? It actually was.
Starting off the night, CEO & Owner of Red Post Realty Todd Hudson discussed everything that Red Post has to offer to first-time homebuyers, along with the different tools Red Post uses in leveraging technology for everyone's benefit.

Once Todd wrapped up, the seminar shifted to focus on our friends AJ and Jenn Copp. AJ from Regency Mortgage, covered various mortgage options available for first-timers, as well as explained the pre-approval process in an easy to follow format. Jenn from Red Door Title also tuned in to discuss the value of title insurance, how it works, and the details of the closing process. Moving forward, Mike Wingren from Allied Home Inspections covered the basics and importance of conducting a home inspection, and finally, some of our very own, Whitney, Evan, and Owen discussed the different tools provided by Red Post to help buyers land their dream homes. To finish off the night, we heard from Red Post's Principal Broker Nick, who offered kind words of encouragement and wisdom to make any first-time home buying process one to be remembered. At the end of it all, no one wanted to go home, so we skipped over to Street for complimentary drinks, topping off the night with laughter and cocktails.

Thank you to everyone who came to join and we can't wait to see you all again during your home buying journeys!
