My husband and I were first time home buyers with little knowledge on how to go about the home searching and real estate agent selection process. We found Brent on realtor.com when we asked to contact an agent regarding a house we were very interested in. Not only did Brent get back to us within 10 minutes but the next day he drove by the house and sent us photos and his take on the neighborhood. The process for puchashing my home because quite involved and at time hindering. Luckily I had Brent with me along the way, no matter what questions I had he was there for me no matter what day or time. From answering texts and emails during his family outings to the holiday firewokrs to setting  aside time for a repeat showing also on holidays. He is dependable, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all trustworthy!

Brent was an amazing realtor! Me husband and I had a lot of crazy questions considering we had never sold a home at the same time we were buying. Brent was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly! Not only was he well educated on the process, he made the process so much smoother  for us by guiding us each step of the way! He alo went above and beyond to watch our dogs for us while we had the home inspection because neither of us could be here for the dogs. When we found a listing that we loved, we knew it was going to sell quick. Brent pulled all the strings he could to get us in for a showing the same day and we were able to view the home and make our offer only a few hours after it had been listed. We had Nick Couturier as our realtor agent. He was very knowledgeable with the whole process of selling our parents home. He kept us in the process of everything that we would be entailing. He had an open house shortly after we put it on the market. He let us know that someone put an offer in on  the day of the open house for the full asking price. We couldn’t believe that it happened so quickly. The pictures they took of the house were the best pictures I’ve ever seen on a realtors site. I would have to say between the pictures on their website and the open house were a few of the things that got it sold so quickly. John White was very helpful finding exactly what we were looking for in a house as well as all the inspections recommended. He was a pleasure to work with thru the whole process every step of the way.

Nick helped my fiance and I find a beautiful new home in Dover, NH. Nick was so helpful and prompt in all of his responses regardless what time we contacted him.
