PORTSMOUTH — Red Post Realty has come a long way from its launch as a real estate brokerage in 2013. The small real estate team at 767 Islington St. closed out 2017 with more than 250 residential real estate transactions.

The team of 15 full-time agents and five full-time employees finished 2017 with more than $70 million in sales and Red Post Realty was voted the Seacoast’s Best Real Estate Company in Seacoastonline’s 2017 Best of the Seacoast Awards.

“Our success is in our people,” said Red Post Realty CEO Todd Hudson, 2016 president of the Seacoast Board of Realtors. After adding four staffed positions and several new agents last year, Red Post Realty has focused its growth on training each agent to provide superior service while also devoting time to the surrounding Seacoast community, Hudson said.

For the third running year, Red Post Realty has played an active role in planning and throwing the West End’s annual neighborhood party, “Westival,” which aims to bring local West End businesses and residents together as one community. Each year since its establishment, Red Post Realty has sponsored “Moore Fight Moore Strong’s Wiffle Ball Tournament,” dedicated to raising funds for metastatic breast cancer research. The team also successfully hosted its first fundraiser in 2017. The Cosmic Bowling event, held in mid-December, raised $1,071 to benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates New Hampshire for the holidays.

Red Post Realty will be relocating to a larger office space within the West End’s new Chinburg Properties development in the spring. For more information, visit www.redpostrealty.com.
