At the closing table, Josh brings an array of skills and life experiences. He began his real estate career in Maui, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a real estate brokerage from the ground up, eventually growing it to become one of the top three brokerages in Hawaii. This experience solidified his passion for real estate, which he decided to pursue for life. Despite the allure of tropical beaches and surfing, Josh returned to New England in 2017, his true home.
